Yes, we ship to all provinces and territories across Canada. We also ship to the USA. Standard shipping is CA$12.99, express is CA$24.99, and orders over CA$75 qualify for free standard shipping.

After production (5–7 business days), standard shipping takes 3–7 business days within Canada. Express shipping takes 1–3 business days. USA orders typically take 7–14 business days.

Absolutely — we specialize in Gurmukhi and Punjabi text. You can provide your text in any format (typed Gurmukhi, Romanized Punjabi, or phonetic English) and we'll convert it accurately. All Gurmukhi is reviewed before cutting.

We currently offer Dark Walnut, Honey Oak, Ebony Black, Natural Maple, and Reclaimed Ash. Each wood has a unique grain character. You can specify your preference in the variant selector or personalization notes.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If there's an error on our side or the product is damaged in shipping, we'll remake it at no charge. Custom/personalized items cannot be returned due to their made-to-order nature, but we always work to make it right.
