Shipping & Returns

All Nadar products are made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for your piece to be handcrafted before shipping. For personalized items, a digital proof is sent within 48 hours and production begins upon your approval.

Standard Shipping (Canada): CA$12.99 Express Shipping (Canada): CA$24.99 USA Shipping: CA$19.99 Free Standard Shipping: Orders over CA$75 Canada Post and select couriers are used for all shipments. Tracking information is emailed when your order ships.

Standard shipping within Canada: 3–7 business days after production. Express shipping within Canada: 1–3 business days after production. USA: 7–14 business days after production. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons (Diwali, December holidays, Vaisakhi).

Because every item is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns on personalized or custom products. If your order arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will remake the item at no charge. For non-personalized items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@nadarstudio.shop. We will investigate with the carrier and either locate your shipment or reship your order. Nadar is not responsible for delays caused by Canada Post, courier services, or customs (for international orders).
