1. Products & Made-to-Order

All Nadar products are handmade to order. Production typically takes 5–7 business days. Because each piece is made specifically for you, personalized and custom products cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

2. Pricing & Currency

All prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise noted. Applicable taxes (Ontario HST 13%) are calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

3. Personalization & Proof Approval

For personalized items, we send a digital design proof within 48 hours of your order. Production begins only after you approve the proof via email. If we do not receive a response within 72 hours, we will proceed with the original specifications.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payment is collected at the time of order. We do not store your card information.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Nadar is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Personalized and custom products cannot be returned. For non-personalized items, returns are accepted within 14 days in original condition. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no cost within 7 days of reported receipt.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, photography, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Nadar and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
